Elisha's Chardonnay is a firm, medium-bodied wine. Featuring lush aromatics of oak, heritage apple and pear, the wine is surprisingly steely for a barrel-aged Chardonnay. Its clean-edged acidity helps balance the weighty alcohol (12.5%) and subdues the wine's woody notes. It's an excellent "starter" Chardonnay for those looking to explore the varietal!
