Light coloured white wine with crisp cool climate hues. Lifted aromatics pairing nuances of grapefruit zest, minerality evolving to honeyed fruit as the wine warms. Citrus and minerality reappear on the palate, balancing the residual sugars with lively acidity creating a zippy, mouth-watering Riesling experience. Enjoy with appetizers such as smoked salmon, seafood, poultry, mild cheeses or on its own.

Lisa Labelle, winecurrent.ca83 points: This 100% Niagara Riesling offers aromas of red apple, grapefruit and peach with wisps of honey and pretty floral notes. Decidedly off-dry and nicely textured, sweet orchard fruit replays on the palate with hints of peach pie. This easy-going well-priced white can be enjoyed on its own or alongside your favourite Thai curry.
