  • 2018 Robert's Block Riesling     Gorgeous dry Riesling made from the oldest block of Riesling vines on the property (planted 1994), located in the  Vinemount Ridge sub-appellation.  Wet flagstone, spring flowers, honeyed stone fruit and zippy apple acidity. Alc. 11.1%   RS 16 g/l     TA 8.8 g/l     
 
  • 2018 Elisha's Chardonnay     Concentrated heritage apple notes and subtle oak tones on the nose. Suggestions of apple and barely ripe pear continue on the palate with wisps of lime leaf.  This is a steely Chard with clean, edgy acidity to balance the weight of the alcohol. Delicious on its own, but practically begs for a crumbly aged cheddar, a white wine Coq au Vin or seared scallops with beurre blanc.  "A fascinating nonconformist combining touches of incense, lime and pear on a lively, full palate."   • 2018 Windsock Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé     100% Cabernet Sauvignon.  Grapes were machine harvested then sorted through an optical sorter to remove inferior berries.  After whole berry fermentation for 5 days, the grapes were pressed and then continued fermentation in stainless steel for ~10 days.  Malolactic fermentation occurred during aging for 8 months in 2 to 4-year-old French oak barrels with fine lees.  Opulent, full-bodied and alluring.  Cedar, vanilla, red berry notes and subtle spices on the nose transcend into a weighty Rosé with tannin, texture and extract.  Drink at room temperature. Alc. 125  RS 4.9 g/l   TA 7.5 g/l    
 
  • 2018 Fancy Farm Girl Flamboyant Red  An easy-drinking, lightly-oaked, Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Franc (65%), Cabernet Sauvignon (20%) and Merlot (15%). An approachable red, fabulous for weeknight sipping or weekend fine dining. Dry, with a gorgeous currant and cherry tang that is rounded out by deeper blackberry notes on the mid-palate, with balanced tannins. Flamboyant Red is medium-bodied, making it versatile enough to pair with anything from Philly Cheesesteak to Coq au Vin.   Alc. 12.5%   RS 3 g/l   TA 5.3 g/l   
 
  • 2018 Mountain Bell Merlot     Velvety, with suggestions of raspberry and currant on the nose, fresh cherries and dark chocolate on the palate. Fermented in stainless steel and barrel-aged for 20 months. Elegant and inviting. Outstanding on its own, or paired with medium cheeses, grilled lamb, seared or roast duck, or good quality chocolate.  Alc. 12%   RS 3.0g/l
