2016 was a hot, dry vintage that created a Pinot Gris more intense and ageable than prior vintages on the estate. Sue-Ann fermented and aged this wine in French oak for 10 months to create a dry, round, weighty Gris that balances freshness on the first sniff and sip, with a lovely long buxom finish with hints of smoke. This wine will age like a champion. Enjoy now with seafood, poultry, pork, or composed salads.

The 2016 was a warm vintage which shows in the richness and depth of this Niagara white wine made from Pinot Gris grapes. The wine is named for winemaker Sue-Ann Staff's great great uncle Lewis (Louie). It was fermented and aged in French oak barrels for 10 months. Aromas of white peach and melon. Pair with poultry, veal and appetizers.
