Aromatics alive with spice reminiscent of 5-spice, cement and lime juice with a wisp of smokiness laced throughout. A bone-dry palate with Asian spices, cardamom and smoke dominate the palate but a vibrance of citrus weaves its way through that transitions between tangerine and kumquats. Elegant, light to medium bodied with intriguing complexity. Enjoy on its own, with any appetizers, pork, poultry, cheese (especially smoked provolone) and nuts.
