Bold. Dry. Intriguing.
Vinified from 100% estate grown Pinot Gris, hand-picked September 19, 2020. The fruit was whole cluster pressed before undergoing a long cool ferment in stainless steel.
While decidedly dry and refreshing, the Lenny is paradoxically rich and round in weight and texture. Intense apple and Bosc pear notes lift from the glass, while subtle hints of freshly ground spice (bay leaf and grains of paradise) weave across the palate. This is a Grigio with heft enough to pair with roast pork or creamy white bean dishes in cooler weather, while absolutely refreshingly ideal for sunny late summer days.

"Staff nails the Grigio aspect of this wine (one of the few I have tasted that does in Ontario) - very citrusy with lemon-lime, a mineral-like palate with even some citrus pith bitterness and grapefruit zest freshness / tartness ... Acidity helps make the finish long adding in a touch of bitter melon - a wow wine for the patio on a hot summer day: refreshing and lively – kicks the palate into overdrive. Rating: ****
