Bright and bold garnet red with red cherry, cherry pie, lavender and lilac on the nose and palate. Easy drinking, light, clean and super versatile. Equally delicious on its own, with casual fare (burgers, ribs and nachos come to mind) or festive treats (roast pork for dinner and milk chocolate dessert).
 
Fancy Farm Girl Foxy Pink
Vintages Panel: This rosé comes from one of Ontario's finest winemakers. You can expect it to be a fresh, lithe wine with deftly articulated strawberry, designed to be refreshing and easy to enjoy. Chill and sip, or pair with sushi.
 
Riesling Loved by Lu
92/100 Natalie MacLean: "zesty, medium-sweet Riesling with tropical fruit notes, ripe apple flavours and lemon-lime zest on the palate. Sip with seafood canapes or pair with grilled whitefish."
 
Elisha's Chardonnay
90/100 Natalie MacLean:  "This wine was aged in French oak barrels. Aromas of freshly baked bread with melting butter, golden apples and almond. Full-bodied and luscious. Pair with roasted chicken and turkey."
 
Windsock Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé
A unique rosé, ideal for Christmas Day. Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon (in itself an unusual choice for rosé), the fruit was hand picked and sorted, cold soaked for 5 days, cool fermented in stainless steel and then aged 8 months in French oak. Serve at room temperature to experience the hints of cedar and tobacco interwoven with cherry, berry and spice notes.

Dry (but not searingly so) Riesling vinified from 100% estate fruit grown in the Vinemount Ridge sub-appellation. Complex nuances of lemon oil, tangerine, clementine and fresh honey accompany slate and wet stone notes that are elegant, subtle and seamlessly intertwined.
 
Gritstone Cabernet
One of our most popular red wines! Gritstone is a blend of 75% estate Cabernet Franc and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. Dry, grippy, with aromatics of spices, hazelnut, leather, vanilla and butterscotch lift from the glass then are joined on the medium bodied, dry palate with black pepper, astringency, tar and piles of red berries.

An Ontario original! This wine is a blend of oaked Viognier, oaked Chardonnay and unoaked Riesling. All three components were vinified separately and blended before bottling. Wonderfully complex and pretty with aromas of fresh cut fruit and flowers and an undertone of vanilla and lightly roasted nuts. The dry bright palate is medium bodied with buttered toast, tropical sensations of papaya and guava plus citrus notes of lemon.  
 
 
Chestnut Tree Cabernet Franc

100% estate fruit from our vineyard within the Vinemount Ridge appellation with its angular clay soils and cool growing conditions.  Small berries with extraordinary flavour and complexity and a long hang time before harvest (harvested November 10th, 2017). The wine was cool-fermented, then hand plunged twice daily for 10 days after 3 days of cold soaking, a total of 30 days on skins. Aged 22 months in French and American oak, with 60% of the barrels being new. "Subtle cedar on the nose with easy, fruit and herbaceous, notes. Well balanced with sweet spice coming through on the finish." (International Wine & Spirits Competition)
 
 
Luminescence Demi-Sec Sparkling Riesling
Made in the traditional method (secondary fermentation in bottle), this sparkling Riesling spent a year on lees before finishing with a dosage of Vidal Icewine. At once refreshing and luxuriant, Luminescence is a pop of vibrant sunshine in your glass. Tight bubbles create an almost creamy texture in the mouth, with aromas of grapefruit, green apple and orange blossoms. HAPPY NEW YEAR!
