This week's #FrostyFriday cocktail is a SAS original that she calls the Icewine Kiss. Sweet and spicy, it is everything you want in a kiss or a cocktail!
On a shallow flat plate, combine sugar and ground cinnamon.
Rim desired serving glass with the lime (suggestion thin-walled stemless wine glass)
Immediately compress the serving glass in the sugar / cinnamon combination to rim the glass.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, measure in the Fireball, Cabernet Franc Icewine and Apple Cider.
Shake vigorously for 30 second.
Strain carefully into rimmed serving glass.
Garnish with a fresh grating of nutmeg.
Garnish alternatives: cinnamon stick. Or Cinnamon heart candies.
