#FrostyFriday Episode 2: Icewine 76

Sue-Ann's second foray into Icewine cocktail mixology is the Icewine 76! 

 

Icewine 76

  • 1 oz VQA Riesling or Vidal Icewine...may we suggest our Howard's Icewine Vidal
  • 1 oz premium vodka
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice (squeeze a lemon, don't use the bottled stuff)
  • 3 oz VQA sparkling wine...naturally, we recommend our Luminescence Demi-Sec 
  • citrus peel for garnish

Chill a coupe or large martini glass with icewater. 

While it's chilling, pour the Icewine, vodka, Sparkling and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker with ice. 

Shake Shake Shake. 

Empty coupe or martini glass of the icewater and strain the cocktail into it. Add the lemon peel for garnish. Enjoy!
