 Vineyard & Winemaking notes:

• harvested early September 2017 preserving acidity and fresh fruit qualities
• 2016 was a hot, dry vintage, near perfect growing conditions
• cool fermented in stainless steel
• no blending or fining required

Tasting Notes:
Lifted and focused aromatics of tropical fruits especially passionfruit and ripe white grape notes are balanced with a clean, bright, fruit filled palate with a lengthy finish. Frissonesque is zesty and elegant from the first sniff to the very last sip. Pair with classics like asparagus in season, chèvre, pasta with lemon cream, or seafood. Perfect with a white pizza topped with herbed chicken.

 Great with a frivolous culinary adventure or the simplest of cuisine.
