Enjoy an exclusive, intimate, and unique private dining experience in Sue-Ann's 19th-century dining room. The heart of the Staff family’s ancestral home (built 1883) is the perfect setting for your celebration – imagine you and your guests seated around a stately oak table, dining under the warm glow of an Italian glass chandelier, the table set with glittering silverware, pristine white tableware edged in gold, and sparkling crystal wine and water glasses.
Our private chef will prepare your meal in Sue-Ann's own kitchen. You will enjoy sparkling wine and a delicious selection of canapes to begin, followed by a seasonally-inspired, four-course meal. Each course is accompanied by the perfect Sue-Ann Staff wine.
At the end of the evening, you and your guests will depart, your senses replete from a divine meal and special experience.
Cost
- 1-10 guests $2,500 (includes all taxes and gratuities)
- $250.00 for each additional guest to a maximum of 14 ppl.
- 50% deposit due at booking confirmation.
- Final payment due 14 days before your confirmed reservation date.
Availability
- Private dining events may be booked year-round; however, not all dates are available. Please request your desired date at least 4 weeks in advance.
Other Details
- Sparkling wine and a selection of delicious canapes to start.
- The 4-course menu is seasonally inspired. Clients are welcome to comment and make parallel/comparable adjustments to the menu up to 2 weeks before the event. You can see some examples of private dining menus HERE.
- All dietary restrictions must be declared at booking, along with the confirmed number of guests.
- Additional courses, wine modifications, etc., are all possible, but please note that such changes may incur extra cost.

The table is set with high-quality stainless-steel flatware, tableware, and Polish crystal stemware (or better), plus: plate chargers (a large, decorative base plate used in formal table settings, sitting under dinner plates) and linen napkins.
- Bottled sparkling and still water provided through service.
- Bread is included until the main course is served.
- Guests are welcome to stay until 11 pm. Additional wine required will be charged “on consumption” from the end of the meal until departure.
