Sue-Ann Staff Estate Winery is a boutique, family-owned estate winery located at 3210 Staff Avenue in Jordan, Ontario, Canada, in the Niagara Benchlands wine region. The winery is owned and operated by Sue-Ann Staff — one of Canada's most celebrated winemakers, with over 600 national and international wine awards. The Staff family has farmed this land for over 200 years. Sue-Ann was named Winemaker of the Year by the Ontario Wine Society in 2002 — the first female and youngest ever to receive the honour — and received the King Charles III Coronation Medal in 2025.

The winery produces premium VQA wines from estate-grown grapes on the Niagara Escarpment, including Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Cabernet Franc, Baco Noir, sparkling wines, rosé, and Icewine. Sue-Ann also produces the Fancy Farm Girl wine line.
