If accepted, Sue-Ann Staff Estate Winery will provide you with a special promo code to share with your constituents as well as a link to our online wine portfolio. Your supporters will be able to purchase any wine or service at full retail price, using this promo code to identify their transaction as associated with your fundraiser. The wine orders will be packed here at the winery with the purchaser's name on the order.
At the end of your fundraising campaign period, you must arrange a date to pick up all the orders at once. Your organization is 100% responsible for picking up all wine orders and distributing them to purchasers. Sue-Ann Staff Estate Winery will not ship wine purchased as part of a fundraising event.
Once all transactions are complete, funds are e-transferred to your organization. The value transferred is 20% of the retail price before taxes and bottle deposit.
Ex: Baco Noir $19.95 − $0.20 bottle deposit − $2.27 HST = $17.48 × 20% = $3.50 per bottle
Any charitable organization or group in Ontario. Especially suitable for sports organizations, competitive teams, and arts organizations. Sue-Ann Staff Estate reserves the right to pre-approve all fundraising. Our decision is final and completely at our discretion.
