Weekend Food Service Team Member (Seasonal)

Looking for a weekend kitchen job with daytime hours? Sue-Ann Staff Estate Winery is looking for a friendly, reliable Weekend Food Service Team Member to join us for our busy fall season.

This seasonal position runs September to January, with shifts every Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. It's an ideal opportunity for someone looking to earn extra income on weekends or supplement another hospitality job.

What You'll Do

Working in our winery patio kitchen, you'll prepare and beautifully present our patio menu, including:

• Cheese plates
• Charcuterie boards
• Smoked salmon plates
• Hummus plates
• Other seasonal light fare

You'll also help keep the winery patio kitchen organized, stocked, and spotless while ensuring every guest receives fresh, beautifully presented food. As we move into the colder months, you will prepare and present food items for special events such as Discovery Pass, Wine Trail, Get Wrapped, and Icewine Festival.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Enjoys working in a customer-focused hospitality environment
• Is organized and pays attention to detail
• Takes pride in presentation and cleanliness
• Works efficiently and stays calm during busy weekends
• Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a small team
• Is reliable and punctual
• Holds a valid Food Handler Certificate
• Holds valid Smart Serve certification
• Has previous food service experience (an asset, but we're happy to train the right person)

Position Details

• Type: Seasonal (September to January)
• Hours: Saturdays & Sundays, 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Location: Sue-Ann Staff Estate Winery, Jordan, ON
• Compensation: Competitive hourly wage, based on experience
