Our Story

Sue-Ann Staff Estate Winery is a boutique, woman-owned estate winery located at 3210 Staff Avenue in Jordan, Ontario, in the heart of the Niagara Benchlands. Founded by fifth-generation Niagara grape grower and award-winning winemaker Sue-Ann Staff, the winery produces premium VQA wines from grapes grown on a 200-year-old estate on the edge of the Niagara Escarpment. Sue-Ann's wines have won over 600 national and international wine awards, and she was named Winemaker of the Year by the Ontario Wine Awards in 2002 — the first female and youngest ever to receive the honour.

Learn More About Sue-Ann

Sue-Ann Staff Estate Winery, home of Fancy Farm Girl wines, is the ultimate assemblage: a unique blend of the Staff family's 125 years of grape growing experience (including two Grape King titles), and Sue-Ann's internationally acclaimed winemaking. The winery is open year-round for wine tasting and winery events, and ships wines across Canada. We also host weddings from spring to fall in our Moyer Marquee, in partnership with Vintage Hotels' Inn On The Twenty. No visit to the winery is complete without a visit with Brix Bravo, Sue-Ann's Bernese Mountain Dog, our mascot and Director of Barketing.
