Tasting Notes

Flirty Bubbles packs a powerful punch for such a dainty wine. On the nose, it suggests ripe strawberries and rhubarb. On the palate, the wine is crisp with notes of crab apple and peach. Beautifully effervescent, it finishes with a lively mousse.

Vinification

Made using the Charmat method with estate-grown Vidal, Riesling and Cabernet Franc. Primary fermentation of the three varieties took place separately before blending in Charmat tanks for secondary fermentation. This process allowed the wine to retain some residual sugar before bottling.
