Riesling Loved By Lu is a tribute to Sue-Ann's late grandmother, Lu Staff. When Sue-Ann was growing up, Lu taught her granddaughter how to care for the vines, instilling respect for the art of viticulture and the land. Later, when Sue-Ann became a winemaker, Lu always loved her granddaughter's semi-dry Rieslings; when Sue-Ann opened her eponymous winery, she decided to make a fruit-forward Riesling every year and call it Riesling Loved By Lu.
