During this guided seated experience (approx. 45 mins), you'll explore Sue-Ann's handcrafted Niagara wines paired with delicious chocolates, while learning the secrets behind successful food and wine pairing.

You will enjoy a seated tasting experience under the guidance of one of our knowledgeable team members, as we share Sue-Ann’s secrets for pairing chocolate and wine.

You’ll taste three of Sue-Ann’s Estate wines (two reds and an Icewine), each one thoughtfully paired with a chocolate confection specifically chosen to complement the wine. You'll learn why certain wines and chocolates harmonize — from the interplay of tannins and cocoa to the contrast of sweetness and acidity.
