Classic Baco Noir aromas of black cherry, saddle leather and raspberry cordial. On the palate, the wine's refreshing acidity, with an earthy backbone adding weight and complexity, complements the ebullient notes of black currant, cherry and plum, creating a well-balanced, casual, light-bodied red.

Vinification

Harvested from the estate vineyard in late September, destemmed and left in tank to ferment on the skins to provide optimal colour extraction. After fermentation, the wine did not see any oak or additives before being filtered, sweetened slightly and bottled.
