New to rillettes? Think of it as a deeply savoury French duck spread — slow-cooked until silky-smooth and rich, then served at room temperature on assorted crackers. Rustic in origin, luxurious in flavour.

Perfectly suited to our Rieslings, Cabernet Francs, and sparkling wines. A little fancy. A lot delicious.
