Tasting Notes

Frosty Fizz is a refreshing and bright sparkling wine with stone fruit and tropical notes on the nose. The palate follows those notes with apricot and peach. Beautifully effervescent with a tight and refreshing mousse.

Vinification

Charmat Method sparkling made with estate-grown Vidal and Riesling. Primary fermentation of the two varieties was done separately before blending into Charmat tanks where the secondary fermentation could take place, ensuring that some residual sugar would be left in the wine before bottling. 5% of the Vidal in the blend was Icewine, adding depth and complexity.
