Tasting Notes

Lychee and grilled pineapple are immediately distinguishable on the nose, leading nicely to tropical notes of mango and pineapple on the palate. While noticeable, the residual sugar doesn't overwhelm the palate or coat the mouth, instead providing balance to this easy-drinking wine.

Vinification

Made from 100% estate fruit, harvested, pressed and then cool fermented in stainless steel tanks. Selected yeast was chosen to bring out the floral and tropical notes of Vidal. Filtered and stabilized before being sweetened prior to bottling.
